Moving grass triggers memories of Cornish summers spent in the dunes with pines sculpted and scorched by salt laden winds. Connecting the landscape directly to the house was very much part of my approach. The selection of wind and salt tough varieties with the right amount of experimentation has seen the garden flourish into an oasis of colour, texture and movement.
